Build a Circuit 2
Sun, Dec 10
|Ontario Science Centre
This is the second event in the "Build a Circuit" series. If you missed the first event you can still attend this one.

Time & Location
Dec 10, 2023, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Ontario Science Centre, 770 Don Mills Rd., North York, ON M3C 1T3, Canada
About the event
In the first "Build a Circuit" event, we introduced basics of electricity, magnetism and, electronics by building a simple circuit consisting of a battery, a switch and a light bulb.
In this second event, we will build on that knowledge to introduce the idea of work and energy. We will build a circuit with. a motor as a load and then explore how the motor can be used as a generator and the source rather than the load in the circuit. We will then talk about power generation and transfer.
We will provide all that is needed to build the circuits so you don't need to bring anything with you.
If you missed the first event you can still attend this one.
